Bubbles and Paws

Under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) it is necessary for Bubbles and Paws to inform you of the information I keep about you and your dog and how it is used and stored.

Bubbles and Paws is committed to protecting your personal details. If I request information that could identify you, please be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy notice. I’m happy to provide you with access to any of your data at any given time.

All the information I have about you and your dog will have been provided in your consent/ registration forms.

I digitally store the following information you have provided which is protected with only Bubbles and Paws having access to it.

Any details you have given to Bubbles and Paws about yourself, such as your name, dog’s name, address, email address, emergency contacts and name of your dog’s veterinary surgery.
Financial information to process your payments
Any details you have given to Bubbles and Paws about your dog, such as, his/her name, age, breed, colour, gender etc.
Grooming records from previous grooming sessions which include pictures of your dog, blades and brushes used, areas where scissors were used, any products used, nails clipped, date and time of services provided, etc.
Any of your dog's likes/dislikes during their grooming session.
Temperament of your dog during the grooming parlour
Any ongoing or new medical conditions

Bubbles and Paws will only use your personal information in the following ways:

To send invoices in respect of bookings and services
To respond to any inquiries made by yourself to me
To send appointment reminders via email, text message or call
I will not provide your information to any third party without your permission, except in the event of an emergency.
To send any discount vouchers or promotions
For record keeping purpose
To deal with inquiries, complaints, or requests
To contact you about your scheduled appointment, collection or drop off, cancellations, rescheduling, or any emergencies that occur.
Any changes made to our privacy policy in the future will be notified to you by e-mail.
A photo or video of your dog before, during and after their groom that may be used on my social media and website, along with their name and breed.

How long do Bubbles and Paws keep information?

If you are a regular customer, I will keep your digital information on my secure database and your confidential paperwork in a secure cabinet and regularly check to ensure that I hold the most current up-to-date details for you.

If you have not made an appointment for 2 years, Bubbles and Paws reserve the right to delete all records I hold for you.

WEBSITE

You can browse and visit Bubbles and Paws website without providing your name and contact details. Our website captures details of your operating system, browser software, IP address and URL, including the date and time of your visit. Cookies are used to analyse how visitors use our site. If you do not want the cookies to be saved to your system, you may change your browser settings.
